UI/UX Designer Freelancer

At Crebos, we build smart software for companies that are growing fast — and right now, we’re on the hunt for a conversion-focused UX/UI designer who knows how to turn browsers into buyers. You’re not just a designer – You’re a storyteller. A strategist. A digital architect who understands what makes people click, literally.

We would love to have you onboard if you have hands-on experience in the following areas:

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Freelance UX/UI Designer who can design clean, intuitive, high-converting websites that don’t just look great — they create measurable business impact.

This is a project-based role for a designer who combines visual creativity with UX thinking, storytelling, conversion strategy, and a strong understanding of how users interact with digital experiences.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong portfolio focused on high-performing, conversion-driven websites.
  • Hands-on experience with UX flows, wireframes, and responsive website design.
  • Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, usability, customer journeys, and conversion.
  • Ability to create clean, modern, and consistent user interfaces.
  • Ability to translate business objectives and customer needs into effective digital experiences.
  • Strong understanding of responsive experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
  • Ability to work independently, move quickly, and take ownership without constant supervision.
  • Reliable communication and ability to collaborate effectively with strategy and development teams.
  • Experience working with development teams is highly valuable.
  • Experience within SaaS, startups, software, or technology environments is a plus.

What You’ll Own

  • Lead UX/UI design for conversion-focused websites.
  • Translate business objectives into clear user journeys and digital experiences.
  • Create UX flows, wireframes, responsive layouts, and polished UI designs.
  • Build clear visual hierarchy that guides users toward important actions and conversions.
  • Design experiences that balance aesthetics, usability, brand, and commercial objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with our strategy and development teams.
  • Ensure designs are practical and structured for smooth development handoff.
  • Take ownership of UX/UI decisions throughout the project.

The Mindset We Value

  • Conversion Thinking – Beautiful design is not enough. Understand what encourages users to engage, trust, and take action.
  • Customer Understanding – Think about what users need, what questions they have, and what could prevent them from converting.
  • Business Thinking – Understand the commercial objective behind the website before designing it.
  • Ownership – Take responsibility for the quality and effectiveness of the experience you design.
  • Clarity – Create interfaces that are intuitive, focused, and easy to navigate.
  • Independence – Work confidently without requiring constant direction or micromanagement.
  • Execution Quality – Maintain high standards across UX, UI, responsiveness, consistency, and design details.

Why Work With Crebos

  • Real Projects – Work on websites that actually go live and get used.
  • Business Impact – Design experiences connected to real commercial objectives.
  • Creative Ownership – Take the lead on UX/UI rather than simply executing instructions.
  • Direct Collaboration – Work closely with our strategy and development teams.
  • Fast-Moving Environment – Clear communication without unnecessary processes.
  • International Exposure – Collaborate with an international technology company.
  • Future Opportunities – Strong performance can lead to additional projects with Crebos.

Important Notice

  • This is a freelance / project-based opportunity, not a traditional full-time position.
  • Only one spot is currently available.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating real UX/UI website work is important for this role.
  • We’re looking for someone who can work independently, move quickly, and take ownership of UX/UI outcomes.

We’re not looking for someone who simply makes websites look beautiful.

We’re looking for a designer who understands storytelling, customer journeys, usability, hierarchy, conversion, and business impact — and can bring all of those together into exceptional digital experiences.
