Sr. Frontend Developer

We’re looking for a Senior Frontend Developer who can own more than just UI — someone with exceptional expertise in React.js and React Native, strong knowledge of the modern React ecosystem, product thinking, AI proficiency, and a business-oriented mindset.

This role requires someone who can understand customer problems, translate requirements into exceptional digital experiences, make strong technical decisions, anticipate risks, and take ownership from requirement clarification through production delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain high-quality web and mobile applications using React.js, React Native, Next.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Build scalable frontend architecture and clean, reusable, maintainable components.
Translate UI/UX designs into pixel-accurate, responsive, high-performance customer experiences.
Develop production-grade React Native applications for iOS and Android.
Integrate APIs, authentication, third-party services, analytics, and real-time functionality.
Manage complex application and server state effectively.
Optimize rendering, bundle size, loading times, Core Web Vitals, and mobile performance.
Implement error handling, loading states, edge cases, accessibility, security, and cross-platform compatibility.
Write automated tests and maintain strong engineering quality.
Debug complex browser, mobile, integration, performance, and production issues and solve their root causes.
Own frontend outcomes from requirement clarification and architecture through testing, deployment, and production.
Collaborate with UI/UX, backend, QA, DevOps, product, and business teams.
Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and continuously improve architecture, reusable components, automation, and engineering standards.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of strong frontend development experience.
Deep production expertise in React.js and React Native.
Strong experience with Next.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, modern React patterns, state management, and the broader React ecosystem.
Strong understanding of frontend architecture, design systems, performance, security, accessibility, testing, and maintainability.
Experience building responsive web applications and production-grade mobile applications.
Strong understanding of API integration, authentication, state/data management, asynchronous workflows, and error handling.
Ability to independently debug complex frontend, React Native, performance, integration, and production issues.
Strong understanding of UI/UX, customer journeys, customer value, product thinking, and business outcomes.
Proven ability to own complex frontend problems from requirements through production.
Strong communication, mentoring, teamwork, and technical leadership skills.
Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve development speed, debugging, testing, automation, productivity, and quality.

Important Notice

This is a full-time position based in Mohali, India. Hybrid options may be available for exceptional candidates.
This role carries significantly higher expectations than a conventional frontend development position.
