We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who can own complex technical problems end-to-end — from requirement clarification and architecture through development, testing, and production delivery.

This role requires someone with strong full-stack expertise, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, leadership capabilities, and a business-oriented mindset. You should be able to build scalable applications, mentor developers, identify risks early, and consistently deliver high-quality solutions.

  • Build optimized front-end components, backend services, RESTful APIs, and database operations.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and services.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and continuously optimize application performance and reliability.
  • Ensure engineering quality through Git, automated testing, CI/CD, and development best practices.
  • Own technical outcomes from requirement clarification through production delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Proactively identify and escalate technical and delivery risks.
  • Mentor developers and raise engineering standards across the team.
  • Improve architecture, processes, automation, and reusable engineering solutions.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • 6+ years of full-stack development experience, with strong expertise in React.js, Node.js, Next.js, and MongoDB.
  • 5+ years of Laravel experience.
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+) and modern front-end development.
  • Proficiency in state management tools such as Redux or Context API.
  • Strong experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • Strong understanding of architecture, scalability, performance, security, testing, and maintainability.
  • Proven ability to own complex technical problems from definition through delivery.
  • Strong product, customer, and business understanding.
  • Practical experience using AI and modern engineering tools to improve productivity and quality.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
