Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end design process, from research and ideation to wireframing, prototyping, and final designs.
  • Create intuitive and user-friendly designs for mobile and web applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and marketing to ensure design alignment with business goals.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
  • Ensure consistency and quality of designs across all platforms.
  • Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on design work.

Key Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in UI/UX design, specifically for mobile and web applications.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Proven experience in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity designs.
  • A solid portfolio showcasing your design expertise in mobile and web applications.
