What You’ll Do
✅ Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js, Node.js, and Laravel.
✅ Own the entire development lifecycle, from architecture and coding to deployment and performance optimization.
✅ Build optimized front-end components using React.js & Next.js, ensuring seamless, responsive user experiences.
✅ Develop and manage APIs & back-end services with Node.js (Express.js) & Laravel, ensuring robust, high-performing back-end solutions.
✅ Optimize database structures & queries, working with MongoDB, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
✅ Implement authentication & security best practices (OAuth, JWT, RBAC).
✅ Integrate third-party APIs & cloud services to enhance application functionality.
✅ Ensure code quality and best practices through peer reviews, CI/CD, and automated testing.
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, product managers, and DevOps engineers.
✅ Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning
🔎 What We’re Looking For
✔ 5+ years of experience in React.js & Node.js (MERN Stack).
✔ 4+ years of experience in Laravel, building scalable back-end solutions.
✔ Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
✔ Proficiency in state management tools like Redux, Context API, or Zustand.
✔ Deep understanding of RESTful API architecture and GraphQL.
✔ Experience with database management using MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
✔ Proficiency in cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) & DevOps tools.
✔ Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
✔ Ability to write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.
✔ Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, with experience optimizing performance.
✔ Experience with Agile methodologies and working in a fast-paced development environment.
✔ Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to mentor and guide junior developers.
