QA/QC Engineer

We would love to have you onboard if you have hands-on experience in the following areas:

Key Responsibilities:

Own quality control for every release — manual + automation
Understand project goals, client expectations, and ensure alignment
Write & maintain automation scripts (e.g., Selenium, Postman, etc.)
Raise red flags early if quality is compromised
Refuse sign-off if the product is not up to standard — and explain why
Collaborate with developers, but stay independent in judgment
Report clearly on bugs, test coverage, and release readiness
Ensure delivery discipline — no last-minute surprises or compromises

What We Expect:

2+ years of QA experience, including automation
Mindset of ownership and accountability
Not afraid to push back when quality is at risk
Good understanding of SDLC, test planning, and documentation
Strong in API testing, regression, and functional QA
Familiar with tools like Selenium, JIRA, Postman, etc.
Clear communicator — can escalate to tech and non-tech folks alike

What We’re NOT Looking For:

Someone who waits for instructions
Someone who “just tests what’s assigned”
Someone who avoids difficult conversations about quality
