Qualifications

  • MBA in HR or equivalent post-graduate degree
  • 4+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Exposure to tech startups or high-growth organizations preferred
  • Familiarity with tools like Darwinbox, Keka, Freshteam, or any modern ATS
