Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a strategic, intelligent, and analytical Lead Generation Specialist to build and manage high-quality pipelines using platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, and cold emails. You should have a proven ability to generate qualified leads for B2B businesses, especially in SaaS or services, and be fluent with outreach tools, filters, and CRM systems.

We would love to have you onboard if you have hands-on experience in the following areas:

What You’ll Do

  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, and cold outreach.
  • Own and maintain lead funnels and reporting dashboards.
  • Work with the sales and marketing team to refine ICPs and campaigns.
  • Build consistent lead pipelines and optimize weekly.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B lead generation.
  • Deep expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, lead filters, and email outreach.
  • Knowledge of how to move leads from cold to qualified.
  • Confidence in your ability to fill calendars with high-intent leads.
