Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers to deliver high-quality, scalable web applications.
Architect and develop both frontend and backend solutions with a focus on performance and scalability.
Ensure smooth integration of front-end and back-end systems using modern frameworks and technologies.
Design and implement RESTful APIs, optimize existing systems, and ensure high-quality software development practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, set timelines, and deliver on key milestones.
Continuously improve the website’s performance, security, and user experience.
Maintain and improve the deployment pipeline and version control using Git and CI/CD tools.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web development.

Must-Have Skills:

Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript: Ability to write maintainable and scalable code.
Expertise in Laravel Framework: Experience with Eloquent ORM, Blade templating, Artisan commands, and building APIs with Laravel.
Node.js & Express.js: Expertise in building high-performance, scalable backend applications with Node.js and Express.
RESTful API Development: Proficient in designing and implementing REST APIs, handling HTTP methods, and optimizing for performance.
Database Management: Experience with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB), using ORMs like Sequelize or Prisma.
Authentication & Authorization: Knowledge of JWT and role-based access control (RBAC) for secure application access.
Frontend Frameworks: Expertise in React.js, Next.js, and server-side rendering (SSR), along with experience with Redux, Redux Toolkit, RTK Query, and REST APIs.
Version Control & CI/CD: Strong knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing/deployment.
Containerization with Docker: Experience in using Docker to containerize applications and streamline the deployment process.
Website Optimization: Skilled in web performance optimization techniques, including Core Web Vitals, SEO best practices, and security enhancements.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Vue.js or Alpine.js: Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks for frontend development.
Testing Frameworks: Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, React Testing Library, PHPUnit, or Pest.
GraphQL: Experience with building and consuming GraphQL APIs.
Microservices Architecture: Experience working with microservices and managing inter-service communication (e.g., gRPC, RabbitMQ, Kafka).
Cloud Platforms: Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for cloud-based deployments.
WebSockets: Experience with real-time communication using WebSocket protocols.
Server-Side Rendering (SSR): Experience with SSR and integrating Next.js into full-stack applications.
Security Best Practices: Expertise in secure coding practices to defend against SQL injection, CSRF, XSS, and other common vulnerabilities.
Logging & Monitoring: Familiarity with tools like PM2, Log4js, New Relic, or Datadog to track and monitor application performance.
