Senior Lead Generation and Sales Specialist

We would love to have you onboard if you have hands-on experience in the following areas:

Responsibility:

 

Lead Generation Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement a lead generation strategy using various channels such as SEO, paid ads, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify and target ideal customer profiles for lead generation.

 

Sales Funnel Management:

  • ⁠ ⁠Create and manage a sales funnel to capture, nurture, and convert leads into customers.
  • Track and analyze the customer journey to optimize conversions at each stage of the funnel.

 

Marketing Campaigns:

  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand visibility and generating qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and external agencies for effective campaigns.

 

Sales Outreach and Follow-ups:

  • ⁠Handle initial sales outreach for inbound leads and conduct prospecting for outbound leads.
  • Follow up on marketing-generated leads to move them through the sales process.
  • Close deals or hand over qualified leads to the sales team for closing, if necessary.

 

CRM Management:

  • Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM system, tracking lead sources, touchpoints, and conversions.
  • Generate reports to assess the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns.

 

Data-Driven Approach:

  • Analyze and report on marketing and sales data to track performance, adjust strategies, and improve results.
  • Use marketing automation tools and CRM data to optimize lead nurturing and conversions.

 

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other departments like Product, Operations, and Customer Support to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies.
  • Provide feedback to product teams on customer pain points and potential improvements.

Skills Required:

  • Strong understanding of both inbound and outbound lead generation tactics.
  • Ability to manage and optimize sales pipelines.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools to measure performance.
