Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of web applications using Node.js and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with front- and back-end developers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of applications.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical support and leadership.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in web development.
  • Leadership qualities

Required Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Node.js with 4+ years of hands-on experience.
  • Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), Express.js, and other back-end frameworks.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams.
  • Experience working with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and server-side development.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong academic background with excellent performance in relevant courses.
